Garry Baud

Garry Baud, passionate about French gastronomy since his childhood in La Rochelle, was influenced by family meals and fine dining. This passion led him to travel, from New York to Angoulême, via Ardèche, before settling in Strasbourg.
In 2010, he joined the Hilton kitchens, where he worked for several years. In 2022, he took on a new challenge with the creation of the L'Archipel restaurant. A top-level athlete, Garry is known for his humility, creativity, and curiosity, qualities that already appeal to his guests.
Garry has been awarded the official distinction of Maître Restaurateur, which recognizes his authentic, homemade cuisine made from fresh produce, combining expertise and quality service.

Sébastien Pellegrini

Originally from Doubs, Sébastien Pellegrini has quickly become a key figure in Strasbourg's nightlife. His passion for mixology is expressed through his creations and signature cocktails, demonstrating a perfect mastery of his art.
A member of the French Barmans Association for 20 years, he enjoys taking on international challenges by participating in various competitions, where he has distinguished himself: 2nd in the Havana Club competition, 1st at the national level and 2nd at the international level in the Calvados competition. With his strong character, his outspokenness, but also his sensitivity and attention, Sébastien brings a unique touch to the Archipel bar, offering customers a memorable and extraordinary experience.

Benjamin Dutt

Benjamin Dutt didn't discover the hotel industry out of initial passion, but by chance. ​ However, over time, this sector became an obvious choice and a choice of heart.
His philosophy is simple and clear: “We have to eat and drink every day, so we might as well do it with good products.”
With this motto, Benjamin invests himself fully in the search for the best ingredients and perfect combinations to enhance the work of his partners.
A Strasbourg native by birth and by heart, he knows the local producers and the must-see addresses, which he highlights in a demanding selection, without compromising on quality.
